All sales are final. Because digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Physical Products
Cancellations: Changed your mind? Email hello@grownasswoman.guide before your order ships and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
Returns: If the book isn’t the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. It just needs to be in new, unused condition. You cover return shipping, and we’ll process your refund to the original payment method once it arrives back to us.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order shows up damaged or we sent the wrong thing, email hello@grownasswoman.guide within 7 days and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
